The Housing and Redevelopment Division is responsible for the following departments;

• Redevelopment Agency Administration,
• Affordable Housing Development,
• Housing Rehabilitation Loans,
• Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Administration & Human Services Grants,
• Rental Housing Mediation, and  
• Fair Housing Enforcement for the City of Santa Barbara.
